Terra is proud to not have any lost time accidents over the last ten years and has put in place extensive policies, procedures and incentives all designed to provide a safe and healthy work environment for all our employees, subcontractors and customers. We use daily pre-task planning sessions, ongoing safety inspections, weekly “Tool Box Safety Talks”, safety seminars, special equipment training, safety manual reviews and email updates to assist in attaining and maintaining our goal of ZERO incidents. Everyone from management to maintenance workers are involved in making a ZERO-INCIDENT work place a reality.
